Anybody know of anyone in this country that sells Fleece's All lights on board?

Was going to order one online but not hyped about paying double the price with the shipping.:angry4:

Ya I know but I have HID'S and I'm not really into all that diode mess anyways. I'd rather have something simple and clean.

I just stuffed the diode in with the fuse pin...
This is the 3rd GM I've worked up like that, last truck I put 80k mi on with the all in diode
This truck I've had like this for 4 years and 50k mi..
All w/HID ballasts hooked up to the factory harness and plugs, never once had an issue of any kind with this

Costs $3 per application and 10min of time (once I made the trip to rat shack)

Whatcha doin' awake at midnight Jason.?

If you can find a Radio Shack, 11 of them have/will be closed this year where I live in the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan. Merchant has the diode "plate" for about $20.00 plus $6.52 shipping to my residence in the US...

Dang, I didn't realize they were doin that bad...

Well, I was grocery shopping, it was only 11pm here... :)
That isn't too bad a price I suppose, I've never seen what it is before now.

The diodes are in-line 30A rectifier diodes, Radio Shack PN/IN4005
For anyone curious :thumb:

I used the diode method on my 03, 05 and 08 and I haven't had any problems. I used larger diodes on my 08 due to them getting too hot but I have had great luck with them.

Now you're complicating it for the electrically challenged, if it was 3 phase I understand it 'cus electricity is you're friend, now which number would be a larger diode..

4004 is smaller amp rating than 4005...4005 is 30A and I believe 4004 is a 20A, might be 25A...I bought whatever they had, but used what the factory fuse/line was rated for...

Fleece acts like this is something revolutionary...

Reinvented the wheel and charge 50x more.

Been done since The Place and works just fine.

I used diodes for years without issue and just for the helluva it bought the fleece mod this past spring. A couple weeks ago the fleece module started sometimes working intermittently. This meant that when I flipped to highs I had no lights at all, just parking lights which do not illuminate the road. Kinda dangerous at night. Merchant sent me a new one with no hassle, but the radioshack diodes never failed on me.

Some people would rather pay a bit more for plug and play and retard proof installation.
I just like clean and don't want all the extra diodes and wiring. Pulling the fuse box cover to do it underneath is a pia.

I bought the module for this very reason....I'm anal and I liked how this cleaned things up. It was very disappointing that it failed in a couple of months with next to no use. Maybe 2,000 miles. The diodes from 2007 were still working when I swapped them for the fleece module.

I've had my fleece module in for over a year with no issues, with both HIDs and halogens in the highs & lows (no fogs).
