So am I going to be needing some gauges pretty soon and i have seen these gauges on a couple truck they look pretty nice and you can change the color. Plus the $200 price tag for 3 gauges and a pod seems like a great deal. My question is are these gauges any good and are the accurate?
Thanks,
Derek

I have a boost, EGT and fuel pressure set. I keep it in the garage as a reminder. They really like it when you ask why the 7-color LED is really only one color and the button to switch colors is inoperable. I also got hacked from the purchase on their site. It was, to say the least a bad deal. My set will fit your truck. Let me know.

They work. The color thing really ticked me off, though. The pod is not that great also; it was not warped when it went in. I was not impressed.

So I was reading a post on the DF saying the gauges will jump up and bounce around a lot is that true?

I know a couple guys around here that have those gauges. They like em'. But if its one thing I have learned, don't skimp on gauges. Even the cheap autometers I had before sucked. But I love my Cobalts now, and they have been the best gauges I have ever had in my PU.

I never had that problem. The install kit for boost is too short to use so I ran to Oreillys and bought Autometer parts.

I have AM Z-series and they have been flawless. I also think they match the truck well.

I am also looking at gauges. Is anyone using any of the PPE gauges? Curious to know how they compare to what everyone else is using.

I'm pretty sure they are DiPricol, or they look like them with a PPE in there. I was looking at them before I put the Banks gauges in my LMM.

See my choices are either spend $300 on Autometer Ultra-lite II (2 gauges and a pod) or $200 on Glow shift (3 gauges and a pod) if they arent worth running then i will spring for the autometers and have a better gauge

Pull the trigger and go with Alligator, you cant go wrong! Since you live in Utah, shipping from Alligator shouldn't take to long for your package to arrive on your door step. The A-pillar I ordered from him was in my hands the next morning:mail:
