Glow plug issues

2011 lml check engine light was on pulled code number 3 glow plug so I replaced it cleared code drove it was fine next day light back on number 3 glow plug bad or not working so put another glow plug in same thing need help please not sure where to go from here??????

Bad wire feeding that glowplug would be my guess. Try swapping the #1 glowplug wire with #3 and see if it says #1 is bad
