Getting rid of EGR Code 1404

Could some one please help me figure out how to get the P1404 code from being set with EFI? I have set all EGR DTC MIL and Test enablers to Not report and No Mil, but this code came back. Any ideas?

Some egr codes cannot be completely removed.
Does it still turn on your check engine light or is it just coming up when you check for codes?

It's setting the SES light.

update: It seems like this code come back about every third or so keyed start.

Why dont you post your tune so we can see if youve missed anything.

If your CEL is coming on, then it's something else that is either wrong or needs to be turned off as well.

Any ideas as to what I could/should be checking? Are there other thing that need to be set to No MIL other than the EGR stuff?
