Hey everyone. I finally have my orders to return to the US from Okinawa. Sold my lml when I came out here so the plan is to buy the 2018 truck when I return. From what I’m seeing through searching dealers in San Antonio a 3500, srw,4x4, cc/lb with leather is hard to come by. Looking like I will have to order from the factory. So my question is what’s the wait time? I will need to have the truck in hand when I get back so I can drive to my new duty station and won’t have more than a week or two to wait for delivery to a dealer? Should I start the order now and have a family member with a power of attorney get it for me?

My buddy just ordered a 1500. They said 6 weeks

Another coworker ordered a L5P and the first one took 8 weeks. The second one took 4-5. They messed up the first time.

Don't know if you are partial to GM or Chevy, but the dealer I got my 18 Denali from (South of Houston) keeps SRW 3500's in stock most of the time. Quick search on their site shows one leather non Denali, and several denali's to choose from.
