Gear selection logging?

In a Lly can you log the gear selection during a test run.. I have tried to do this through Efi however the only info I can obtain is "in gear". Am I not selecting something properly or is this pid not available in a Lly.

I attempted both!! Neither work

try validating pids when in the TCM.
