I'm finally going to be putting gauges in my truck soon, and I was just wondering where you guys are passing your wires through the firewall? Pics would be great. Thanks. :)

If you pull the isolation by the boot described above off the firewall you will see a small indent to in the sheet metal a few inches to the left, this is deigned a a pilot hole by GM for drilling a through firewall hole, it opens up a little above the body block relay. I ran mines through there, works great. GM sells a rubber grommet to fit there but I'm guessing you could source one cheaper locally.

I ran mine through the grommet with the accelerator pedal wires. It is just above the under dash fuse block, where your brake controller plugs in.
