Question: Gauge cluster

When I turn my truck on the gauges take a few seconds to realize the truck is on then they turn on?

Is your LB7 an '03? There is an updated calibration available for the cluster that is supposed to help that out. But I'll admit mine still does it as well. What condition are your batteries in?

It's an 04 and now they won't do anything

I have an 04 as well and it does the same thing. I did just put two new batteries in it and well didn't notice any change. They did recall this but it has to have less than 70,000 miles for Chevy to replace it for you. At least that what I was told by local Chevy dealer.

Yeah new batts and its any where from 2 seconds to 5 minutes before my gauge cluster wakes up
