I am starting to build something for the gauges but I cannot find anywhere short of having a FSM the info on what the signals are coming to the cluster. More specifically to the stepper motors from the logic since most of that is class2. More to the point, the range of the stepper motors. Goal: I want to have a full needle sweep bulb test.

probably the easiest way would be to broadcast a "needle sweep test" command to the cluster over Class 2.
The only two gauges that arent Class 2 are tach and speedo. The rest all comes over Class 2.
You arent going to find any sort of internal schematic for the cluster...you'll have to reverse engineer it yourself.
