Gate adjustability on HTT

Does anyone know how much "threaded rod" on the gate sleeve there is on a HTT? Ive searched around and can't find anything. I dont wanna go too loose and pull the rod out of the threaded sleeve :spit:

Here's a pic of my gate, and you can see how far I went from the shiny threads to where it was with a little rust on it.

Just playing with it. Been playing around with boost vs drive pressure over the last few weekends.

Tightening it up makes it harder to open correct? More open makes it easier? You trying to get it 1:1 or close to?

Correct, shortening the rod makes it harder to open, longer rod is easier. Ive already been playing around with a blow gun and my air compressor, Above 38psi or so, my drive pressure wants to keep going. right now highest DP ive seen with this turbo is 47.

I was pretty surprised, but 47psi of DP is really good to me. Think stock turbo was like 75.

how high has your drive pressure reached since you have been playing with it? or is 47 the highest period or back when you ran your truck ?

47 is the highest ive seen on my DP gauge.
