Going into the motor for head gaskets again. What should I be doing for fuel pressure upgrades while I'm in there (short of a modded cp3 or dual fuelers)? Currently on the stock LLY cp3, fpr, and fprv. I've read about putting in LBZ parts but unclear about which ones or what fits. Already have a lift pump and secondary filtration.

Just run an lbz FPR, shim the FPRV and do some nozzles in the 30%-40% range. On a stock motor that will never be built, I personally like 30% over nozzles. Can make plenty of power to cause much carnage, also won't stress the cp3 as much.

I put my full weight crew cab to a 12.3@110 with an lbz cp3 and 30% nozzles on a 2300us tune still holding 24.5k rail pressure. Have made 754hp on the dyno with dual pumps and a 2450us tune with my 30% overs. I will probably stick with my 30's for a bit after my engine is built, I'd expect probably an 11.4-11.5 in the quarter mile from my 30's on a 2950us tune in my crew cab.

If you plan on an engine build, I'd say atleast step up to 60% overs and dual pumps then tune accordingly.
