I pulled my bed off today to clean up my frame and paint it but i noticed on my fuel sending unit theres a nipple with a quick disconnect with just a straight hole through it. Is this a vent? And if so should it have a hose on it? Or is it supposed to be plugged? Here are a couple pics. Just want to make sure i have it right before i put the bed back on, thanks guys!

I've never noticed one having a hole in it. But I've never looked for one either.. Probably a vent
