I've got a real rats nest going on with all the fuel returns on our pull truck. Would love to eliminate the factory blocks and run neat lines. Looking for any suggestions, and pictures would be awesome. Even if your setup doesnt work for me, pictures will get my brain storming. I know this has been discussed at random before, but with all the late engine builds goin on, i figured it would be a good idea to start a new thread.

FICM is run dry. Do not use the fuel temp sensor. So there's at least two of those nasty OEM hard fuel blocks that i could eliminate. Problem that i see is how in the wide world of sports do you convert each inj return line to anything else?? So we've got 2 injector return lines, both pumps have a return, and then there is the PRV. Someone correct me, but can i just leave that PRV fuel line dumped by itself? Assuming it never pops? Thanks.

Working on this now. Have decided to skip a distribution block. I have been running injector and pumps returns together for all of 2014 season, so i am not worried about that. I bought a injector return line repair kit from merchant and 1/8" barbed splicers off Amazon. I flipped the driver's side injector return line completely around so that the exit is towards the front of the truck. Scrapped the OEM test port/FICM feed block and the OEM junction block that has the fuel temp sensor, PRV port, and drivers injector return fitting.

Going to tee the two injector return lines together behind the top CP3 using the merchant 1/8" line to keep things small and neat. Then with a couple of barbed fittings, convert that to 3/8" fuel hose. Same deal with the pump returns, only they are 5/16" to 3/8". I bought a Moroso fuel distribution block that has two 3/8" barbed inlets and one 1/2" outlet. I will mount it down out of sight near the frame rail. Will then run 1/2" fuel hose back to the fuel cell then.

I still have both my cp3s returning with the Injectors. But when I blew a check ball out of the injector exergy told me it seems to cure that problem when the injectors run there own uninterrupted return.

Here is one picture to give you an idea of what I am doing. All return runs to a distribution block and into the full fill tube. Sizing of lines is more than adequate so there is no pressure build up in the return lines and eliminates heat back up too.
