OK a friend of mine has fuel in the oil, I checked the balance rates all is well, so I guess it's a fuel return line leaking, is there a way u can determine which side is leaking? This just started happening tonite with no worring, also the engine has a miss in it, but the injectors check out good, so I do a compression test. I'm lost on this. No work has been done to the engine stock 02 LB7.. Any help would be appreciated...:)

Was the compression test good? I am not gonna say its not a return line leaking but I havent seen that happen, with the exception of previous repairs that required return line removal. Could still be a cracked body in my opinion

I was thinking that it the return line was leaking in a certain way it could spray fuel in the valve ports and getting in the cylinder that way. so hypo speaking if it leaked it could get in the cylinder and the oil. I've not done the compression test yet, I'm going to but I don't think I'll find anything out of spec.
What do you guys think about my theory?? Is a good thought or am I ignorant ;)
