I know PPE sells the fuel rail fittings for like $40ea, but I've heard of people drilling out their stock ones to the size of the PPE ones (3/32). Im thinking about doing this while my fuel rails are out, anyone see a difference in them?

He did. It went in Tyler's truck. That was a pressure relief valve though. I was talking about enlarging the openings on the pressure regulator on the cp3.

I have a PPE race valve that I need to install..I have a 1/2" hose going straight from my lift pump to my cp3..I just need to know what size to port the holes in my fuel rail fittings, I have this thread in three forums and no one can answer me..

I did my DS 1/8 and PS 1/16th... But since you have an lly feeding both rails individually, I would guess you would drill both out to 1/8th. Henry posted the correct sizes on dmaxcentral.com awhile ago... IIRC the "correct" sizes are .125 and .090 (which is pretty close to 3/32nds if you only have standard drill bits.

I dont think llys feed individually, one rail feeds the other rail so they cannot both be the same size like an lb7..so if I do one 3/32, what is the smaller one?

I thought they fed from the back?? No? Either way the first rail to get fuel will be the 1/8th than the 3/32nds or 1/16th will follow down stream.

EDIT: nevermind I misread your question, I think?

No the ps fitting is smaller than the ds, the ds fuel rail feeds the ps so they cannot be the same size as like on the lb7..I think on the lb7s people were porting them out to 5/32, that's what I read on other threads..I can't find anything on Dmaxcentral, I'm not a melée and it won't come up on a google search..

I'm pretty sure the ps side one has to be smaller..I know there are people out there that have done this, wish they would chime in..1/16 and 1/8 seems small but if I don't get any answers then that's what I'll do..

Have you ever seen how small the orifice is stock? 5/32 is hugeeee. Yes the ps should be smaller... like everyone has said already.
