heres the history on my fuel problems...

had problems iwth the stock fuel filter setup....sealed up but couldnt get full throttle would bog and blow gray smoke...so i figured it was cracked and was getting air in the system, ordered the ppe bleed screw upgrade because i heard the plastic ones broke, no change, so i ordered and airdog 150, and bypassed the stock filterhead, truck was running fine for 5 or 6 months months, the other day it was 1 degree outside and the truck wasnt getting fuel and broke down numberous times, i have a fuel tank at my yard that i get my fuel from and thought it froze over(it is winterblend) so i added 911 emergency melt down to the tank, and let it sit in my heated shop with a jet heater pointed towards the tank overnight, came in the next day and she fired right up, but still cant get full throttle on any of my tunes, even stock, and lift pump doesnt sound right it got higher pitched sence this happened and sounds like its breaking up, doesnt sound like direct flow, so honestly i dont know what is going on and its driving me nuts

any help in advance i appreciate!!!!

Do you ever run biocide or fuel treat formulas in the fuel? If you don't you just might have grown some bigtime crap in the tank and lines.system. Seems we all need to do a fuel treatment to clean out system and injectors if fuel supply is not good. Can you say your fuel is clean? I buy bulk and keep my tanks cleaned and treated so I check the fuel in a jar once a month or so as used. Mine always seems to be alright. Runs good etc. Just a simple starter place and you will need WIF seperation on supply line to clean out water it's there.

When going up a hill the truck practically dies and struggles up hills, can't get more than 1/2 throttle on flat land, but around turns she's has a lot more noticable power

Take the outlet hose off where you tie into the fuel supply pipe on the frame rail and stick it in a pail with the hose near the bottom. Turn on the lift pump and let it start pumping fuel into the pail. Once the fuel level is over the bottom of the hose check for air bubbles. This will tell you if you have a problem between the pump and the in-tank fuel pick up. Let it run a good couple gallons like this.

Somewhere to start at least. If it tests ok then you may have a problem with a hose somewhere else in the sytem coming apart internally or your FPRV is possibly shot as well causing you to lose rail pressure. Need to log it and see what rail pressure is doing too. You may even have a CP3 going bad on you.
