I went to the track today and cant say anything bad, truck ran a 11.743 and a 11.742 back to back at 116 MPH with both 1.69 60's. Not bad for a 85+ degree day and high humidity. Heres my problem...I was running a 2600PW with 30 overs. It was calling for 26107 PSI on the rail. Now with my dual fuelers i was around 1500 PSI short on fuel on the last shift but it recovered to 500 PSI short. With the dual fuelers i would figure i should be holding fuel pressure. What to check? bad injectors? would post log but dont know how to.

Maybe high return rates might be causing a problem. You'd think you wouldn't have any issues with pressure with your setup.

We have different animals but with a 3300 pw tune on a WD CP3 i hold 26,100 psi with that being said i would say you should hold 26,000 the whole way down

I would think so also. I will go over my tune to make sure im not missing something. I just replace a few bad injectors but that doesnt mean another one might no be going out. High return rates could maybe be draining my rail...?
