The other day I let my truck idle for about 30 minutes. When I got back in and out it in drive, I couldn’t get the engine speed tonincrease with the throttle to the floor. Put it back in park and pressed it again. Still nothing above an idle. CEL came on. I killed it and cranked it back up, everything was fine except check engine light. Had a guy come by the next day with a snapon scanner. It had, I believe a p087, 1093, and 1094. There where 2 more, but I can’t recall what the where, other than he said they where fuel pressure related. He checked the balance rate on them and the no. 8 was -6 another was 4-5, jumping back and forth. He recommended new injectors. It has 280,000 miles and has been serviced, by me, like clock work. Fuel filter is a month or so old. Anyone ever had this problem?
