Fuel Line Tap?

Those of you that have mounted external fuel filters etc.. Where do you tap into your fuel line and where do you mount your filters? thinking of mounting the filters in front of the drivers side back tire.. but dont know where to tap fuel lines... Thanks!!

lol I'm talking $120 versus $650.. dont need a lift pump yet..

On mine I cut the line about 2 feet in front of the fuel cooler and then just ran a complete new piece from there to the sender on the top of the tank. You also can just cut out a section and plumb it in. I chose the first route because there is less connection points for it to suck air.

Plumbed mine in on the frame rail. Cut about 25" of the hard line, and put a cat filter on a metal bracket.
