hey guys, i have a 07 lbz CC 4x4 LT. I recently got EFI Live buy a guy named Quinton Schwertner. I am getting a fuel limp and code P0087 but ONLY on my 60 HP tune. Now he said he tuned this for more economy so more fuel down low and you can definitly tell. You barely push the throttle and your cruising at 80, but if you hammer it you can tell its only a 60HP tune. I get AMAZING fuel economy on this tune but when i get into it at full throttle i get a fuel limp around my 3-4 shift. I have hammered my 90 Tune a few times all the way to 120mph ( on private track. Of course) and it did not limp. It also has not limped in the 130HP tune but i haven't really gotten into it been a little scared. I talked to my tuner and he says i should get a FPRV shim kit for future issues and he can adjust my tune to fix the issue. NOW, i trust my tuner, ALOT. Hes tuned ALOT of trucks for people i know and ALOT of trucks around the area. Hes a extremely nice and stand up guy and has been very VERY helpful in talking to me about this issue! I have an Appointment for this friday with him to get my FPRV shim kit installed and go for a drive with him and discuss what i want to change about my tunes! I am confident he will help me solve this issue i mainly just wanted a second opinion on if yall thought this was a tuning issue or what? Thanks for the help and im new to the thread so if this is in the wrong spot or already been discussed i apologize!
