fuel life reset

I changed my fuel filter this morning and I cant for the life of me find in the manual anywhere how to reset the fuel life on my truck. Does anyone know off the top of their head how? thanks

Without pressing the pedals, turn the ignition key to the on position without starting the engine.
Wait five seconds.
Completely press the brake and the accelerator pedals simultaneously and hold for ten seconds. The system is now reset.
Turn the ignition key off.
