Are you talking about the FPVR or something else? Ive been having trouble with my LLY FPVR leaking internally and I found a ppe rail for cheap so I decided to just get a whole new ppe rail.

What are you talking about exactly? I know a guy who has a PPE dual CP3 kit on his LBZ, and the fitting for the second CP3 goes into the back of the driver's side rail where the FPRV is normally installed. Is that what you are talking about? If so, yes. His was loose, and it leaked.

Did you leave the puck that was behind the plug out. If so thats your trouble you should of drilled it out to match the fitting that you got with the kit installed it then the fitting.
3. Remove plug from end of fuel rail with a TB50 Torx wrench or socket and install #7, Fuel Rail Fitting.
