A lot of people here are running LLY's so this may only apply to the LB7 injector or return line leak issues.
If you have a second CP3 pump and don't have a Tech 2, you can raise your rail pressure to full, at Idle, by simply unplugging the second CP3.
Your truck may rattle a little, but for a short period it will raise the rail pressure a lot and help you find any hard line leaks. If you don't have the fittings to pull a vacuum on the return line pipes, you can actually run the motor at idle with the upper valve covers removed to check (with a bright flash light) for injector or return line seal leaks. No oil will get outside the motor. It will take some work to get the valve covers off and then put the stuff back on to make it run, but it's a good way to find the culprit(s). If you have fuel in your oil and have a modded motor you'll probably be chasing your own injector issues. Idle rail pressure won't always show the leak, but if you bump it up, it's almost always obvious.
Also, a little dye or some red offroad fuel will help you spot leaks under the valve covers eaiser. Just change your oil before you start the test, because clean oil will help make fuel more obvious.
