I've got a 2014 gmc with around 80,000 miles. A few weeks ago it started having issues, when I'd start it the rpms would jump up and down two or three times and then settle down. It would throw the p0088 code. This morning I started it. It ran for 3-4 seconds then just shut off and won't start. I tried priming the pump but it wouldn't build any pressure at the filter like it's not even getting fuel to it. What could make it do this? It has a fairly new filter in
