I changed my injectors about 3 weeks ago and I have fuel in my oil. Any ideas on why this occurred, does this mean the injector cups aren't sealed?

Could be. What brand of injectors did you get? Also id check the fuel regulator. Mine had a broken gasket causing it to leak fuel in the oil

Torque every thing down to spec under the valve covers? Was it leaking fuel into the oil before you replaced injectors?

Just went through the same issue with Awenta on my truck. We bet on leaky return line, exactly what it was. Run a vacuum test on each side. Check if it holds it.

15psi for 30 minutes, I believe that's it.

Injectors were from Lincoln diesel, yes there was fuel in my oil before I put new injectors in, that's what made me change them.

Vacuum test. If not you've got leaking high pressure lines or a leaking cp3

If you find it is a leaking return line gasket, give em another 1/8 to 1/4 turrn. The specified torque only just barely starts to crush them. I think this is why so many have this problem.
