I finally got my truck in the garage to work on it, as of right now I have just started tearing it apart.
Wish me luck.

When drawing a vacuume on the fuel return line I get fuel and air. Balance rates are not too bad the worst one adverages 1.06, and the worst peak is 4.09.
rail pressure
desired: 160mpa
actual: highest i got was 154, but it mostly wouldnt pass 120

I ended up doing all 8, one injector wouldn't hold vacuum on the return fitting, a few others were questionable. Finally got to finishing it last night. Got it all together and went to change the oil. Apparently 6 gallons of fuel/oil mix comes out of the pan at high speed. Today I get to clean the garage floor, and hopefully it rains so I can drive the truck through puddles. I still smell like diesel fuel after multiple showers, and my eyelids have slight chemical burns from the diesel fuel bath I took. At least I can drive myself to the doctor. Biggest problem I have now is 4 cylinders have a +/-1 or less, and 4 are +/-2 or so, they are getting better after a 4-5 mile test drive, so I'm hoping that there just adjusting for air, or fine particles still being in the system.. I hope GM didn't sell me crap.
