hey guys.
i just noticed today that i have a fuel leak under my truck.
its right on or by the fuel cooler...at least thats what i think it is.
right under the rear of the cab, it looks like a litte radiator.
is this common? how necessary is it? can i bypass it?
thanks in advance guys.

I bypassed mine for a few weeks in the fall when I broke it. They're expensive too, IIRC it cost me around $180.

You can get them at about any parts store, or check with some of the vendors here.

i have not been under it to really inspect it to see what is actually broken, its the cooler, but i'm not sure where it let go.
does anyone make an aftermarket one?
is mike L's better than stock?
i hate having to spend money on maintenance parts instead of performance parts.

i don't think you'll be bothering him, he will just give you more detailed info about the cooler and what kind of testing/results he has. I cant really give that to you as my truck is not running yet. But Ill tell you this, once you look at the cooler (in my build thread), you'll realize you really cant argue that it is much more effective than stock.
