I already made some spacers. I guessed at 1” thick. A year ago I started this when I put the 2.5” levelling kit in and never got around to installing it as I never found out what length of bolt I needed.

Thanks. The grade 10.9 14mm bolts I found in the garage are 150mm long which makes the difference with the 1” spacer a little over a 1/2” longer than I need so hopefully I don’t run out of thread.
Do either one of you know the pitch? I need to pull the diff spacers out of mine to install the DHD brace. I was just going to pull them and figure it out, but then this popped up today..
Well I can tell you now 1” is too thick. The RH side diff mount arm hits the LCA mount bracket. Back to the bandsaw to shave off 1/4”. So 130mm bolt is definitely correct with a 3/4” spacer. As for thread pitch I’ll try to confirm that at work tomorrow unless someone has access to a gm parts manual as it lists this info in the parts description.
3/4” is the most you can go on an lml for a spacer. Not sure about a GMT 800. Any more than that and it will hit the crossmember mount bracket. Rears are easy to install. Front left is a cock unless you have a shorter wrench. Deep socket won’t fit and I could barely get my long handle snap on in there enough to grab the nut.
