To my knowledge it will fit you will need the new bumper and brackets

I haven't done it, but the bumper will fit, but leave an odd gap in the grill if i remember correctly.

I don't think its all that noticeable IIRC

I've done some research on other forums and I guess I'll have to get new bumper, bumper supports, grill, and I believe the little piece of grill on the hood to match possibly. Want to paint match everything. Any other suggestions or know how's please chime in

New bumper and grille if you don't want the gap. I kept my lmm brackets for the newer bumper and everything fit. FYI what ever hood you have, it matters what trim you get for it. I have the 07.5-10 hood, ordered the 11-14 hood trim thinking it would work and it does not. The newer hood is shaped differently in the front.

Remember substantial changes were made in 2011 to the body and frame, the 2007.5-2010 do not share much body wise with the 2011+ trucks. The 2001-2010 had the same frame just a body change in 2007.5-2010.
