So on the way home yesterday, i notice a haze of smoke coming out from under the truck on the drive home, great, what the hell is wrong now! I get out at home and the whole underside of the truck and tailgate is coated with diesel! I start it up and look under it an thers a small river of of diesel running out of the bottom of the bellhousing area, well i didn't have time to check it out last night so i parked it for tonight. I conclude that a line has prolly blown in the intake valley of or has developed a hole, like on of the rubber return lines, exellent, theres barely room for fleas to move around in there! So i start tearin into it tonight, removed a/c comp, turbo inlet, harness, etc. and the valleys all wet but the lines are dry and look good, i run the lift pump, still nuthin. I clear the area and fire it up, fuggin shite! fuel pouring out of the Dual Feed Line!!! theres a piece of push-loc hose over it to protect it from chaffing but fuel is shooting out of the bottom of the protection sleeve! EXCELLENT! that was a pain in the ass to install! and so i can drive the truck, cause i need it, i hafta put the CP3 plug back in, and rebend the return line valve to the distribution tree till i get this sorted! I HOPE they'll warrenty the line, had it less than a year. If not i need to see if i can do it outta steel line? That damn line kit is $300  I cant belive it was still running! and i swated on it and it pulled like hell too! with the line blowing off rail psi! Guess the modded CP3 and lift pump got there chance to shine in the lime-light! If i hadent had thoese i prolly woulda been stranded! Wonder how much fuel that cost me? Ughhhhh! Rant over.

I feel your pain with valley fuel leaks. Fuel rail pressure sensor (nice mist of fuel all over everything), and now a connector tube that refuses to stop leaking even at 20K max rail pressure. I have a oil leak now developing out of the right head gasket.

I hope they do you right with the feed line. good luck :thumb:

UPDATE: Industrial Injection is gonna warenty the hose for me :D They said they have had this happen a few times an they switched to a differant hose and its more flexable too:D So un fortunatly they want the old hose back, but oh well, I would have liked to keep it so i could bend and tig up a steel line, no biggie, sry Simon:eek: Ill try to post up picks of the hose and where it blew-out later. Turns the hose has a spiral wound wire core that i can see where it burst through the outer plastic layer, dunno whats beyond the wire, i'd like to know but don't wanna hack it up! They said they'ed ship it out as soon as they got them done, so its back to stock single feed for a bit and WOW, i can really tell how much now that hose livened up the responce of the truck! I want my dual feed back
