Crazy!! How is your hitch setup? What position over/in front of the axle?

~1/2" in front of the axle center line while empty.. probably closer to 1" when loaded due to the springs flattening out and pushing the axle rearward

a 5000lb pin will make the front gain 150lb from 4100 to 4250

it aint this bad.. but the gaps where much bigger back then..

damn! so whats your plan to fix that?
me pull the dam bed back off put 1/4 fenders and mud flaps(bobtail) boss wants it on thinks it looks hillbilly trash like. last week the bed weight was the difference in getting a decent load to no load... i got no loads  and he doesnt believe me that 70% of the hotshots i pass both auto and frieght run just 1/4 fenders

arent the solid rear windows flush with the back of the cab?

my 02 was.. thats the plan on whats going back in.
and to make sure i have the bed as far back as possible. i did this. i used the gap in front of the GN ball to floor pan was 1/4" after i loosened the bed bolts idled forward tightened back down it was a 1/4"

Homemade flatbed...:D. Back in my younger years we used to make flatbeds on our trucks using old machinery pallets. Not that I am suggesting this material for your truck... it is too nice looking for that!

Those sliders do stick out quite a bit. Never would have imagined that much flex though. Bunch of dead weight to look good though if it's killing your loads.
