Can't get my fprv out, bending my breaker bar. Any help

Maybe heat, PB blaster... I got mine out with a box end wrench

If I remember right get a good 6 point wrench like a snap on or mac, matco wrench with 6 point. You will need to move to glow plug controller box out of the way. You can get just enough on with a 6point end wrench. They are definetly tightened with the hand of god but this has always worked for me. Use a cheater on the wrench if needed. Good luck!

I've had a few that required removal of the rail and a 1/2 impact to remove

I've tried cheater pipes, 6-point boxed end wrench, and air ratchet. Why is it so tight?

It's not that bad to remove the rail. Just keep everything clean, nothing in the fuel system likes dirt...

Anybody got a step by step fuel rail removal directions, I don't want to remove any thing I don't have to.
