LLY: Fpr or injector

Alright here's the situation. My fuel mileage has hovered around 14-15.5. Typically it is on the lower side. In the mornings I try and let the truck run 15 min before I head to work. My dic fuel economy will go down to 13 ish then slowly back up as I'm driving to work. I picked up a insight cts last week. So I checked balance rates and cylinder 3 was hovering around 5.5-6 in p and 6-8 in d. This is when I get to work. When I start it in the cold morning cylinder 3 is within the gm parameters, but cyl. 2 will read 4-5 but normal after driving to work. Tonight I was watching desired rail pressure and actual rail pressure and they were basically exact while driving. Checked rates when I got home and they cyl 3 was 4 ish. I have no lope or surging. What do you guys think? Truck is not tuned. Cat deleted and lbz mouthpiece. 102,000 miles.

Stock tune, yes. Just confused about when I was reading the rates last week. I had 3-4 days of being 6-7 on cylinder 3.
