LLY: Found my problem?

Okay so I left my dually at the dealership while I was gone for Florida to diagnose my p1093 code. Well they called Tuesday.

4 bad injectors and a leaky WIF sensor.

I was a little iffy on the injector but thought about the problems I've been having.

White/grey smoke, occasional hard starts, dramatic decrease in fuel mileage, and the p1093 code.

What do you guys think? The mechanics pulling my chain?

When my injectors went out I had the problems you have minus the code and poor fuel economy. Do you had fuel in the oil?

sounds like injectors to me.

Picked up the truck today. Saw the old injectors and talked to the mechanic. #2 injector was cracked, the other 3 out of the 4 bad ones looked horrible. The 4 that were okay looked to be on their way out...

Truck quit smoking, has more power, seems to have lower EGT's, the knock it had before which I'm assuming was a fuel knock is gone, just overall runs better.

I guess the 8 injector replacement has helped!
