Found a new place to live..

Well the current place I rent got foreclosed on so I had to move out. I am susposed to be out by July 12th, and if I am and the place is not wrecked, the bank is giving me $2k for the keys. I also get all the appliances too, woo hoo!

Anyway, in my search for a new place I found one I really like, it even has a driveway, (my current place has a 4 foot long drive way and I'm not allowed to park in front of house).
I cant wait to move in, going to try to have everything ready and do the move to the new place in 1 day.

haha, yea, the F'ing land lord didnt say shit then the bank showed up. They said I would have 90 days to get out. Then they offered me $2k to move in 30, I was like hell yes I can be gone in 30 days lol. They also said take any non built in appliances too. The bank told me not to pay rent to the land lord anymore as well, so I got a month and a half free rent here too. They are also trying to get back my deposit, which they say is unlikely though. It was only 500 bucks.

Thanks Justin, I got my trailer as well but could use the extra truck/trailer. Wes said he'd help me move too. I think I can knock it out in 1 day if I have everything packed up.
