The same POS 2007 6 liter with 14000km on it that has been running like crap, missing and dying once in awhile and now won't even start is still giving me grief. Been dead for a year and a half now!!

No codes, no smoke, cranks and seems like it wants to fire but won't, 60psi low pressure fuel pressure. Only thing I can thnk of is the high pressure oil pump or relief being bad.

Anyone know what the min oil pressure that is required for the injectors to start firing? I'm currently getting about 1100-1200psi according to the logs when cranking.

I signed up at 2 differet Ford sites 2 days ago and neither will let me post yet.

Stupid Fords. After swapping ICM's around today, I don't know wtf anyone would want to own/work on one of these POS!!

Thanks folks!

from what i have seen at work, i would say you have a oil pressure problem! call your local ford dealer with the vin and tell them you need a 9F838 which is the basic for the ICP sensor IIRC! thats also the cheapest part to replace in POS international motor!
