I have been doing some thinking latly. And i see people like steve and his buddy that i cant quit remember his name with the marron dmax always put there weight in the front of the truck. MY question is why dont put the weight in the back like me. U guys all have the heavy dmax enigine in the front which is probley 1200 pounds dont no exact weight. well this is right over your front tires so u have plenty of weight there. If u stick the hanging weight in the rear of the truck u are also helping the rear end grab traction just like the front end. It will be able to dig better. When i watch steve pull he always digs his front end down first. If u threw the weight in the back of the truck i would think it would help all yall much better. Im just thinking out loud here. But was hoping someone could educate me on this matter. Thanks

Kurt

Kurt, remember the pull @Wachulla? Did you notice the air under my front tire on the video. It was a bounce, but that shows how lite the front end gets when the weight box comes up on the sled. I was hanging 1,300 plus the weight bar. Bullfrog is correct, the sled provides all the weight you need. Thats why we block the rear on our trucks.
