Flywheel Installation Refresher

Is the flywheel install procedure in the GM factory manual good for a billet flywheel with ARP's?
I remember using a some red locktite as per Mike L. See pics

I don't see a point in going any higher then stock final torque. They don't back out. Really I wouldn't use red either, just be hard to take back off. That torque is for an unlubed sequence though... Idk how much it would change for lube

I think that tq is on the light side. I would follow factory specs.

Mike if I came in for a refresh could I bring a billet flywheel and have your guys install that?

The factory specs are for torque to yield bolts and have degrees in the torque sequence. Can you do the same on arp bolts?

I use new factory bolts only. I have no reason to try and reinvent something that works.
