Fluid and Filter(s) change or not

I just acquired an 05 CC/SB with 150,000 on it for a deal i couldnt pass, totally stock rig it's whole life. Not knowing if or when Trans fluid and filters have been changed should I drain and replace both or what would you Trans experts recommend? Thanks guys

diffs require 75w/90 and t-case is dexIII ATF

Synthetic Dex 3 for Alli. 2 pan drains and refill will constitute a complete flush. I would do a pump rub fix on the transfer case and fill it with the same fluid as Alli.
