When a flexplate is cracked or you have loose converter bolts it makes a ticking rattling sound right?? Does this sound have a relation to rpm ie does it get louder or faster when you give is a little juice?
I have a rattling noise that goes away with just the slightest input from the go pedal. Laying under the truck it is hard to tell if it is exhaust downpipe/up pipe contact or if it is coming from the bell housing. In and out of gear makes no change in the noise.
