Flashscan V2 no power from OBD2

I bought a flashscan v2 and it will pull a tune just fine from the ECU when in pass through plugged into a computer but it only powers on when connected by USB. It will not power on when only connected to the OBD2 port. Anyone ever run into this before?

This. My fuse blows all the time and I dont even use the cig lighter port.

Yeah I checked the cig lighter fuse and its good. I even tried it in two other cars and it did the same thing. No power from the OBD2

Sounds like you need to send it in to be repaired. Idk if fish tuning is still in business, but that's who I've sent my v2 before to be repaired

I sent mine into Carlos at Socal diesel and had it back in less than a week for about 120.00 its worth giving him a call or shooting an email.
