Made it out for 2 passes at the 1/8. Should have taken a helmet, my mistake...

7.77 and 7.79 at 89/90mph. 60' was a 1.79 on both, definitely need to work on that!

Only left around 10-11 psi. I'll shed some pounds and get to the 1/4 in a few weeks, maybe find some smaller, lighter tires to help out.

Pretty confident she will have 11's in her, this 1/8 trip was just a feeler! Everything went smooth. Seemed to work good starting to light the turbo's just before the first light tripped, then set boost and trip second light.

Video from my buddies ecoboost who ran with me. I'll have to get the other videos off my friends camera. Ecoboost was cutting 9.3 with just an intake and tune running full street trim.

Looked real clean, sure takes your buddy a bit to catch up to you at the end lol

Some lighter tires would be a big help, less spinning mass for sure. The track prep looked realy nice as well, hell even a set of nearly bald 265 16s should hook good there.

The initial track prep was good, but the clean up after a guy ripped the tranny tailhousing off his 2wd 1/2 ton truck during a burnout was pretty poor. They just mopped the oil spill a little, sprayed it with a water hose, and passed a dryer by it like twice and called it good.

It was nice to be able to line up and run quickly. They kept a good pace, great for test and tuning! :thumb:

7.77-7.80 is roughly high 12.2's to low 12.3's congrats

I'm hoping to dial her in to a 11, not sure I can do it but ill try. Starting to look for some 265's to put on my stock rims.

My cuz reads on here but doesn't post...he and JoshH just put in a 2nd CP3 on his LMM, need to get him to the track soon too!! I need to give him something to catch!

id stick with what you got....7.7s is spot on for 11s if the power stays in the next 1/8

You could always try and do a 2wd burnout before you launch to get the rear sticky....it helps.

I say it needs a diet and i believe he is running 18s or 20s IIRC.The less rim he needs to spin(and tire) will help emencly. Some sort or tractoin bar should let him launch alot harder also.Alot of potential here if its taken advantage of.He needs a haircut piss and poo before he runs also. Jus sayin:joker:

I ran a 12.04 one time, my eigth was 7.77. Dont know if being 2wd makes a small difference?

Good times, what were your reaction times?

.3 on the first one and .19 on the second. This is only the 4th or 5th time I've been down a track, I could use a little practice!

I'm still running 20's with 305/50r20 nitto's that are pretty well worn out (3/16 on 2 and 1/16 on the other 2). I'm going to see if I can catch decent matched set of 265's on craigs list for my stock rims to take to the track. Or maybe I can't catch Everett at Baytown in a few months and bum his ET Streets! :D

Haircut, piss, and poo! I knew I forgot something!! lol :roflmao:

Congrats on new times :thumb: what 1/8 track u go to

HMP - Houston Motorsports Park. First time I've ever been there. They had a circle track event going on at the same time. Entire place smelled like race fuel...instant hard on!! :woott:
