winterport dragway in winterport maine is having a diesel day . If my sleeves arrive in time to install I'm thinking about giving it a go . Do you guys think I need the braces or centerlink before I give it a shot?

You will be OK for a while with just sleeves. If plan you continue to drag race then you will need braces.

x2, braces are good even if your not drag racing all the time, they really tighten up the steering.
