Went to the track for the first time yesterday and ran a best of 13.5 at 100.7mph. Is this about the limit for a stock turbo or can it go lower and if so what else can i do to get the times lower. Any info would be great thanks.

Several people have gone down into the 12s with the stock turbo, tuning, a lift pump, and a built trans. Looks like you need to keep working at it. You're just starting now. You can't expect to go as fast as your truck is capable your first time at the track. If you were racing with the H2s, you may want to find a lighter set of wheels/tires for the track.

like Josh said , maybe a lighter tire and wheel combo . what was your weight ? keep at the tuning it should be able to get 4-5 more MPH depending on the weight . feel proud to run that your first time out its real easy to get high expectatins when all you read about on the webby is guys running 12's , its not always quite so simple .

I have a stock turbo and I have been a 12.88. The air temp and humidity that day was perfect. I have gone back since then and the best i could click off was a 13.1.

13.5 is awesome for your first time ever. I ran a 13.7 my first pass after getting my tranny and tuning done. I have not done anything to my tune at all. I just have learned how to handle the truck much better.

A bit OT, but does anyone have a few different rims that they know are light? I always thought H2's weren't that bad.

BTW, 13.5 is not that bad first time out.
