first duramax need some help

I Just bought a 04 duramax with edge insight for gauges and PPE programmer. Driving down the highway and stepped on it, truck went into Drive and wouldn't shift after that, on highway or in town at red lights. (Auto tranny). shut truck off and everything was back to normal. couple days later started truck and put it in reverse and nothing. shut off, everything works perfect. turned programmer back to stock and everything seems fine. took it to garage to check for codes.
P0735 incorrect 5th gear ratio
P0746 pressure control solenoid stuck off
P0670 no def
P0 1093 fuel rail pressure low during power enrichment
garage says codes all go away when edge is unplugged. but edge is just monitors so what is my next step. confused.

any help would be appreciated

Throw the edge away if its not an obd2 unit. They are know for causing issues like this.

is it an LLY or LB7?

i run the edge insight as well, it just plugs into the obd2, not the engine harness, doubt thats the issue.

the p0670 is for the glow plug control module (gpcm)- i got this code, replaced GPCM, problem solved

the p0735- slipping in 5th gear, it went into limp mode, it stays in 4th and will not shift, you hurt its feels

p1093, from eveything ive seen on here, if its an LLY it needs a FPRV shim or plug, i put a shim kit in mine before i got this code

my truck is an 05 lly, ive had all the same codes as you except the fuel rail one, have to be carefull how you romp on the trans, it doesnt like a heavy foot and alot of tuning

Trans is limpy. Save up some pennies for a trans build, it won't heal itself. Until then, don't let it do 4-5 or 5-4 shifts by itself, do them manually and you can nurse it along until you can get it fixed. Mile L is the guy to talk to, he can put you in touch with somebody in your area to fix it. I just replaced my GPCM last week, look on ebay or Amazon, I paid $85 for a Bosch OEM module, takes about 30 minutes to change.

the edge is just an Obd2 plug in. was hoping someone would say it was something other then rebuilding the Trans, but I was kinda expecting that. We have an awesome shop here close to me, Upstate Diesel Performance, that will be doiig the work. I did get prices from them for the trans already. Not as bad as my first diesel truck.....2000 cummins. but their builder did an outstanding job. loved that truck. thanks for all the input from everyone.

Got a call in to George to see if he can fit the truck in and get the trans done soon. then I wont have to baby it around anymore.

Might want to try and change your NSBU as well. Those have issues.
