So I finally made it to the local 1/8 track over the weekend. Track has a brand new concrete start line and it was a no prep true street race going on so absolutely no rubber down, but with some terrible 60' I ended up with [email protected] with a 1.68 60'. I couldn't leave hard at all or it would spin the radials like crazy. Pretty happy with it for the first time out with this engine, turbos, tuning, and transmission. I only made 4 passes and ended up blowing a boot. With some good 60' times it will easily go 6's. I am pretty much out of fuel for the time being. Little 60% injectors are maxed out. Turbos and tuning from Mark@Danville and Transmission from Evan@LimitlessDiesel are all working amazing. Talked to Dave@HSP about doing some VBand connections at the turbo so hopefully that gets done pretty soon and I get back to the track for some better times.

It should be around 6600# with me in it. Need to scale it again. I had it stripped down pretty good, but had another 75-100#'s I could take out but we drove it 2 hrs there

Now that makes it even more impressive to drive it 2 hours to the track and lay down some 7.0's at over 100mph  and drive it back home

Danville 72R/483. They have more in them still but just out of injector. Not really comfortable going any higher with pulse. I really wanted to see how fast I can go on some little 60%. Probably go back to the track a time or two than step up to some 125% or 150%

The real problems with huge injectors is intermediate throttle smoke. It is extremely hard if not impossible to get a desirable smoke level if you get into the throttle some quickly. You just can not tune it all out. Like to pass someone or make a light.
