So I finally data logged my truck with a buddy the other day as my truck has been smoking a bit lately and I'm concerned with injectors. Here's the results. Btw, 2003 LB7. Any input appreciated. Thanks

Yeah, sorry. I saved it under the wrong file name. Original post edited. It's now the 3rd image.

They balance rates look perfect to me.

At first glance they don't look bad, but look closer at the idle fuel rate and then add that to the balance rate and they are getting worn. Idle fuel rate should be around 8-10MM3 of fuel at idle, his is at 5.1. So add 3 to ALL of the balance rates to get what they are off of actual. If ALL the injectors are going by about the same amount, then the balance rates will stay decent but the idle fuel rate will drop. When it gets down around 2-3 they tend to not hardly idle at all and belch black smoke pretty heavy under accel.

And where are you located at? According to your baro reading you should be around 5000 feet of elevation which would mean your idle fuel rate should be closer to 9-10 instead of 8. And you may want to load in a stock file to get an accurate balance rate reading. Your pulsewidth to MM3 of fuel doesn't match up to what a stock table is. With a 272 pulsewidth your fuel rate should be around 2-3MM3 of fuel instead of 5.1 at 35MPA of fuel pressure.

Well thanks for the input. I'm in Denver if that helps with the info. I'm new at this and I have a Superchip that was set on the tow/performance tune when it was logged. I asked my buddy who logged the truck if it needed to be tuned to stock and he said no but it sounds like it does. Thanks again for the help. Is any of this info even valid knowing there's a tune in the truck? Any opinions on a Superchip?

From looking at the pulsewidth and pressures, I would say your injectors are on there way out. the superchips is throwing your balance rates off, and I would say from what I can see of your 3rd log the injectors are getting bad. Chances are with a stock tune the balance rates will be much higher.

Just so I know, what makes those screens invalid? I unfortunately I don't even know enough to be dangerous when reading these screens. Is there someplace I can learn how to read these screens, acceptable levels? Thanks
