well i finally got someone to get rid of my old track hoe. it was a 1973 or 1974 Poclain RC200. took us two hours to load it on the lowboy. it only had one hydraulic motor for the track, so only one track had power. the other had to just freewheel, so that made it a real pain in the ass. i had never operated a machine like that. I've run plenty of farm equipment. so it was one hell of a way to learn how to run a excavator.

A 1973 old excavator with only one working track and a inexperienced operator, sounds like a fun time to me :D the guy bought it from me for $5,000 CASH. he called me after he got it to the scrap yard and said the final weight was 75,000lbs  told me he made about $1,000 profit, but it was all good i just wanted to get rid of it. here's a couple of pics

yes she was very well used, but not by me. my neighbor gave it to me about 3 mounths ago, he told me to do whatever i wanted with it. that cat does look awesome but we really have no use for an excavator on our farm. what we need is something like a D4 with a blade. or a skid-steer
