Finally got my 50 done... yay!

Bought this thing new in 2004, put a Baja Designs Kit on it along with an 88cc kit and registered it on the street. TOO FUN! Got pulled over on it almost every time I rode it because cops thought no way was it street legal, and it was slow. Only about 38-40 mph tops. Got sick of it, and tore it down to rebuild

Painted frame, put a +3 swingarm on it, rebuilt the BBR SP5 forks on the front, iShock remote reservoir on the rear. ASV clutch and brake levers, Pro Taper bars, Sano Tall Seat, white plastics, carbon fiber gas tank, BBR 12" anodized blue rims, BBR HD spokes, TT92GP race tires, Fast 50s billet hubs, Storm Front Disc Brake, 160cc motor with 4 speed manual clutch trans, Carbon Fiber rotor cover, Yoshimura RS2 Carbon Fiber exhaust, and Im sure a few other things Im forgetting.

Still need to install the oil cooler, front and rear Baja Designs kit with LED flushmount signals and HID headlight, 50 Stunt extended billet kickstand and billet sprockets and chain. Once that stuffs done (tomorrow I hope) itll be ready to ride..... cant wait!

My brother has 2 50's and a 110 and when its late or we're frustrated we take 'em around the industrial neighborhood on a "roost"...

So theraputic to get the wind in your face! Fast enough to be fun not fast enough to get REALLY get hurt... nose wheelie gone bad? tuck and role... bad wheelie??? just let go.

the 110 (for shits and giggles) has a ricer car muffler on it, sounds kinda like a 250.

The one you have pictured is nice, never been stress tested.... yet! Enjoy!

Nice!! My wife use to have a TTR-125 I tricked out a little and ice raced I swear that thing was more fun then any of the big bikes on the ice, and for random parties it was priceless watching the drunken guest's attempt to ride :joker:
