Well I finally pulled a 12.59@105 1.78 60ft. I guess my seventh pass ever was the charm. Last year at this time was a bit of a ego bruiser. I went to the track with a known fuel issue & only ran a 14 flat @100:eek: Anyway a 12 is a huge improvement from last year and i'll take it.
Definitely need some better rubber or some drag wheel and tire combo... The Toyo At's 305/55r/20 I think were really hurting my top end and 60's. They are some heavy sob's.

I need to thank Reece & Tony (Righteyeblind & Ridge Runner Diesel) for the help with the tuning. It wouldn't have gone as fast as it did with out them. Thanks Guys!

Anywho here is a short vid taken by Aubleak at Alaska Raceway In Palmer Ak. Im racing my friends Honda I drug down in a 20ft enclosed trailer. The Honda is a bad Beeotch but we had ignition problems with it all weekend and couldn't get a clean run. It made 650 to the tires & should have low 10's in it or maybe even a 9 if we can get it down the track clean. I thought I had him but he ran me down even running like crap:mad:

very nice!!! that was damn close at the end there!

Thanks, these things are ton of work to get down the track with a respectable time.

I only got 6 passes in with the weather. I was going to try some pyo's with some toyo's Reece had but we just run out of good weather, that's Alaska for you. It has more in it, I could have pulled my 105 gallon bulk tank out of the back to but I got Lazy:D

Lmao. 12s with a bulk tank. :roflmao: dont hear that to much. I heard some say i should of takin the bumper off and tail gate but the bulk tank is a new one. Nice run. I think u could have a good race with the honda ir beat him that day he wasn't running uo to par if that was the case. 9-10s in a quarter will be hard to catch him.

Congrats Albert. I would go with a set of Pyo's for sure. I would think gout should be in the 11s? No?

Thanks Scott. It should have a 11 in it with better tires/wheels, Dump the bulk tank, rancho 9000's on the front & install my caltracs. But I do realize thats hard to do... Besides next time it goes back to the track the engine should be built and making alot more power.

i would think it would be pretty hard to hit an 11 with a 105mph trap speed. i dont wanna sell you short or take away from what you accomplished though so dont take that the wrong way :D . if you can get some more fuel in her i could definitly see 11s. thats funny as hell though about the bulk tank :roflmao:

It needs a lockup controller, It doesn't lockup until 70+... Might be one of several reasons the MPH is slower. Im done for the year anyway, track is closed for winter.

It should be built with 60-100 overs and dual fuelers by next season... Power shouldn't be a problem but traction might. I would like to be the first CCSB into the 10's with a bulk tank:rofl:
